Xingsheng's Establishment of Zhangzong's Period in Jin-Dynasty

金朝行省之设始于章宗时期。其时共为解决重大军政事务设置了 7处行省 ,每逢地方遇有重大军政事务 ,即由中央宰执或军政首脑出领行省事 ,代表中央尚书省出镇地方 ,全权处理军政事务。该行省表现出军事、行政、外交等多方面职能。行省之设为保证金后期政局稳定发挥了重大作用。

Xingsheng's establishment began from Zhongzong's period in Jin-Dynasty.At that time,Jin-Dynasty established seven xingsheng in order to deal with important military-political works.When the local government met important military-political works,the leaders of central government would go out and deal with them standing for Jin-Dynasty.The xingsheng was characterized by military,political and diplomatic functions.Xingsheng's establishment provided solid quarantee for enforcing Jin-Dynasty' governing.
