This article analyses the experiences,measures of Singapore government responding to the requirements of the new era.Through establishing complete continuing education system and varieties of lifelong learning activities,kinds of foundations encouraging people to partcipate those activities,Singapore government set up lifelong learning society.These experiences and measures are very helpful and useful for current developing of the lifelong learning system in China.
