Adult higher education is a very important component in our socialist educational system. Universities should give full play to its advantages and foster the development of adult educational cause. This essay discusses the external challenge and internal conditions of the adult education in China Geology university, and explores their developmental strategy, including the basis of the strategic thought and the concrete developmental layout.
