摘要
自学是成人学员学习的重要环节 ,学会自学就等于请来了一位“随叫随到的教师” ,掌握了成功的秘密武器。因此本文探讨成人学员如下的自学策略 :统筹规划 ,充分准备 ;优化择取多种多样的自学方法 ;博采众长 ,独成一套 。
Self teaching is very important in adult learning, which equals a teacher coming at any time and a secret weapon in success. The paper analyses mainly adult self teaching tactics such as: plan overally, make the best preparation, select from varied self teaching methods and try to take shape personality from other's values etc.
