民国时期“西康农事试验场”的设置及其实际成效

The Establishment of Agricultural Experimental Farm in Xi'kang District during period of the Republic of China and Its Performance

在民国时期的边疆开发史上,西康地区是重要组成部分之一。西康地区的农业技术的改良及农业技术推广过程,一些相关机构民国初年广泛建立的“西康农事试验场”及民国二十九年(1940)成立的“西康省农业改进所”起了较重要的作用。文章以四川省档案馆所藏相关档案及近代相关史料为主,在论述这一历史时期“西康农事试验场”的农业改进活动后,指出由于诸多方面的原因,农业改进的成绩有限,但它预示了西部民族地区农业的发展方向,是康藏民族地区农业近代化的开始,在中国近代边疆开发史上无疑是不应忽视的。

In the developmental history of borderland during the Period of the Republic of China, Xi'kang District is an important component part. Among the promotion of agriculture and the popularization of agricultural technique, some organization had played a great role in the process, such as Agricultural Experimental Farm in Xi'kang District in early period of the Republic of China, The Promotion Institute of Agriculture in Xi'kang Province that established in 1940 .On the basis of Chinese modern documents and archives,this article makes a detailed description of Agricultural Experimental Farm in Xi'kang District,thinking that due to some kind of seasons,the promotion of agriculture and the popularization of agricultural technique had a limited performance,but it foretold the development road of agriculture in the area of minority ethnic group in west China,also was the beginning of the modernization in Khams Tibetan area, so it was not to be neglected in the modern developmental history of China's borderland .
