Theoretical background for Five Overall Planning——Thinking and suggestion about social justice from theoretical field

党的十六届三中全会提出了“五个统筹”,被视为我国发展战略的重大调整。“五个统筹”的背后是理论界对社会公平问题的长期关注和思考。本文综述了我国理论界对社会公平现状及其成因的分析,介绍了理论界给出的调节社会不公的主要政策建议。

The idea of Five Overall Planning, put forward in the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC, is deemed as a key adjustment in national development strategy. This paper sums up the analyses from national theoretical field about the status quo and the causes of social justice, introduces the major policy suggestion toward social injustice adjusting proposed by theoretical field.
