摘要
近十年来,网架和空间桁架结构在造船工业厂房屋盖中得到了较广泛的应用。自1992年以来,随着造船船体分段吨位 的增加,原有的船体车间、装焊车间在技术改造中均朝着大跨度、大柱距、大吨位吊车的方向发展。目前已建成的最大跨 度的网架结构工业厂房为70m,吊车吨位为160T;空间桁架最大跨度为48m,吊车吨位为150T。本文对网架和空间桁架 结构这两种体系在造船工业厂房中的应用和发展作了较全面的回顾和综述。
In last ten years, space frame and space truss have been widely applied in the shipbuilding industry workshops. With the increased weight of the ship section since 1992, the technologies of hull workshop and assembly and welding shop have been developed. The large-span,large column and super crane for great tonnage technologies hve been introduced. As so far, space frame technology can realize a workshop with a maximum 70m span and 160t crane, while space truss can realize a workshop with a maximum 48m span and 160t crane. In this paper,a review on how the two roof supporting structures, the space frame and space Truss,have employed in the shipbuilding industry is discussed. Then a summary is made.
