摘要
综述了国内外在芦笋采后生理包括外观及形态的变化、呼吸作用、纤维化及营养成分的变化等方面的研究进展。分析了影响芦笋贮藏寿命的主要因素,并介绍了目前芦笋贮藏保鲜技术的研究现状。
Asparagus had its special post-harvest physioloical characteristics, and good quality was not easily maintained. The advances of post-harvest physiology of asparagus, including changes in appearance and shape, respiration, fibrosis and nutrition etc. were reviewed. The major factors affecting storage period of asparagus were analyzed and the present research advances of asparagus storage technology was introduced.
