摘要
目的 :探讨老年膀胱舒张功能障碍的神经机制。方法 :利用水浴条件下离体逼尿肌条张力测定技术 ,观察不同浓度阿托品对卡巴胆碱诱导老年Wistar大鼠膀胱逼尿肌收缩的舒张反应改变 ,同时观察异丙肾上腺素对电刺激诱导逼尿肌收缩的舒张反应改变。结果 :与青年组相比 ,老年组大鼠对异丙肾上腺素的舒张反应在高浓度时增强 ,对阿托品的反应没有差异。结论 :老年膀胱舒张功能障碍可能与 β 肾上腺素能神经改变有关。
Objective:To investigate neurogenic mechanism for urinary bladder relaxation dysfunction in the aging rats.Methods:Urinary detrusor strips bath technique in vitro was used to observe changes in relaxation reactivity of urinary bladder detrusor from Wistar rats induced by atropin in a series of concentrations. Moreover, the effect of isoproterenol on contruction induced by electric stimuli was observed.Results:Compared with the young adult rats,the aged rats showed a stronger relaxation reactivity when there was a high concentration of isoproterenol, whereas no difference in relaxation reponse to atropin was found.Conclusions:The relaxation dysfunction in the aged bladder might be related with the alterations of β-adrenergic nerves.
