摘要
目的为了解珠芽蓼根茎作为蝙蝠蛾幼虫食物的生理作用,研究它的提取物对羟自由基的清除能力。方法采用邻二氮菲—Fe2+氧化法检测珠芽蓼根茎的提取物对H2O2/Fe2+体系产生的羟自由基的清除作用。结果珠芽蓼根茎蒸馏水提取物和丙酮提取物均对羟自由基有清除作用,其中丙酮提取物的作用最强。结论珠芽蓼根茎具有明显的清除羟自由基作用,其活性主要来自丙酮提取物部分。
Objective The scavenging action to hydroxyl radical by differe nt extracts from the rhizome of Polygonum viviparum L.was studied in order to un derstand its physiological action on the larva of Hepialus armoricanus Oberthur. Methods Ortho-phenanthroline-Fe2+ oxidative assay was used to observe the effe ct of scavenging hydroxyl radical from H2O2/Fe2+ system by its different extract s.Results Aqueous extract and acetone extract from the rhizome all possessed a scavenging action to hydroxyl radical,while the acetone extract did it better.C onclusion Rhizome of Polygonum viviparum L.showed us an evident action to sca venge the hydroxyl radical,which mainly originated from its acetone extract.
