女性抑郁症患者的心理特征

Mental profile of female patients with depression

目的:探讨女性抑郁症患者的心理特征,为女性抑郁的治疗和预防奠定心理学基础。方法:将明确诊断的女性抑郁症患者46例与男性抑郁症46例,进行对照研究。心理学量表采用明尼苏达多项人格调查表(MMPI-B),选用10个临床量表2个研究量表进行对照研究,统计学处理采用t检验。结果:女性抑郁症患者与男性比较,抑郁本质是相同的,但女性患者的心理特征有所不同,主要表现在癔症、病态人格、偏执、神经质因素等方面,4项量表分与男性患者比较差异有显著性意义(t=9.74,12.39,7.05,6.93,P均<0.01)。患者常常自我中心,依赖性强,多疑、敏感、应激和适应能力差。结论:女性抑郁症患者具有独特的心理特征,与生物和社会心理因素有关,女性趋向于表现为抑郁和紧张。在进行心理分析、心理治疗过程中要把握心理特征,给予更加有效的治疗。

AIM:To explore the mental profile of female patients with depression,and to provide a psychological basis for the treatment and prevention of depression. METHODS:A control study was conducted between 46 female and 46 male patients with clear cut diagnosis of depression.Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI B) was used for the psychological measuring scale, 10 clinical measure table and 2 research measures from MMPI B were chosen for the control study,and the t test was adopted for statistical analysis. RESULTS:The essence of depression was the same in all the patients with depression,but the mental profile of the female patients were different from males,mainly in the hysteria,psychopathic personality,paranoid and neurotic factor(t=9.74,12.39,7.05, 6.93,P< 0.01).The female patients were often suspicious,sensitive,stress and short of adaptive capacity. CONCLUSION:Female patients with depression have unique mental profile, which is related to biological and social psychological factors,females incline towards depression and nervousness.Therefore,it's important to hold the mental profile in the process of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy so as to supply more effective treatment.
