摘要
目的:研究移居中度高原血液睾酮含量与血红蛋白水平变化间的深层联系。方法:用放射免疫法对海拔2800m高原的初入者和久居者男女性中青年共238人进行血浆睾酮测定,并将其测值由小到大分为4个数值等级范围组,分别为~14nmol/L组(77人)、~21nmol/L组(74人)、~28nmol/L组(55人)、>28nmol/L组(32人),而后分析比较相对应的血红蛋白量变情况。结果:随睾酮均值等级的增减,相应组血红蛋白水平亦呈同一方向有统计意义的增减变化。各组睾酮(nmol/L)和对应的血红蛋白(g/L)含量依次为10.75±2.31和118.38±13.12,17.33±2.03和124.61±10.94,24.46±2.17和129.97±12.18,34.58±4.76和136.22±10.24(F=16.28,P<0.01)。结论:生活环境变化中移居中度高原使血液血红蛋白水平的变化受睾酮含量变化的影响,与其有深层次的联系。
AIM:To study the further relation between testosterone and the changes of hemoglobin level in people moved to middle plateau. METHODS:The testosterone in plasma of 238 people,including new comers and inhabitants of middle plateau were measured with radioimmunoassay at 2 800 m above sea level.They were divided into 4 grade groups according to the results:≤ 14 nmol/L group(group 1,n=77),(15- 21) nmol/L group(group 2,n=74),(22- 28) nmol/L group(group 3, n=55) and >28 nmol/L group(group 4, n=32), then the changes of corresponding hemoglobin level were compared. RESULTS:The increase and decrease of the hemoglobin level in the corresponding group was accorded with the testosterone average value.Testosterone and hemoglobin were(10.75± 2.31)nmol/L and (118.38± 13.12)g/L in group 1,(17.33± 2.03)nmol/L and (124.61± 10.94)g/L in group 2,(24.46± 2.17)nmol/L and (129.97± 12.18)g/L in group 3,(34.58± 4.76)nmol/L and (136.22± 10.24)g/L in group 4(F=16.28,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The change of hemoglobin level is influenced by the content of testosterone in plasma caused by the movement to middle plateau,and has a further relationship with the content of testosterone.
