摘要
目的:通过中药复方制剂益寿康乐液对小鼠力竭低温游泳运动的实验研究,探讨中药制剂对小鼠存活时间及相关生化指标的变化。方法:将小鼠分为5组,分别观察力竭低温游泳运动存活时间及血清肌酸激酶(CK),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及益寿康乐液的作用。结果:发现口服益寿康乐液后小鼠存活时间明显延长,大中剂量组分别为(15.1±1.2)min和(10.5±2.2)min(t=17.91,4.16,P<0.01);而CK和LDH指数大,中剂量组均有不同程度降低,分别为(513±84)nmol/s和(610±92)nmol/s(t=7.07,3.48,P<0.01)和(419±79)nmol/s,(506±66)nmol/s(t=7.18,4.82,P<0.01)。结论:小鼠力竭低温游泳运动引起的氧化应激损伤,肌肉疲劳,给予一定剂量的益寿康乐液,可缓解或减轻损伤,有提高小鼠的耐力运动,减轻疲劳的作用。
AIM:To explore the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine yishou kangle ye on survival time and some relative change of biochemistry of mice with exhausting swimming in cold water. METHODS:The experimental mice were divided into 5 groups.Survival time, creatine kinase(CK) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) of all mice were measured during and after exhausting swimming in cold water,and the effect of yishou kangle ye was observed. RESULTS:The result showed that the survival time of mice in large[(15.1± 1.2) min]and middle[(10.5± 2.2) min]dose yishou kangle ye groups were obviously longe(t=17.91,4.16,P< 0.01),while CK and LDH in large[(513± 84) nmol/s and(610± 92) nmol/s, t=7.07,3.48, P< 0.01]and middle[(419± 79) nmol/s and(506± 66) nmol/s,t=7.18, 4.82, P< 0.01]. CONCLUSION:Certain doses of yishou kangle ye can relieve the oxidative stress injury and muscular fatigue of mice,caused by exhausting swimming in cold water.
