The western county-level economy is a special factor of national economy.The Superficial finance formed by dual structure takes the consequence of financial repression and hinders further development of Western China.For this reason,we must promote financial system of county-level economy towards deep financial developing,carry on the strategic reform of financial restraint,and support the steady and sustained development of county-level economy.
