西部大开发对人才的培养提出了新的要求,对西部高校的德育工作提出了新的挑战。本文主要从开发西部对经济类人才道德素质培养的价值取向,以及选择相应有效的德育模式两个层面,阐述了新形势下西部高校德育工作的创新思路。

The large-scale development of western China puts forward not only new requirements to talents cultivation but also a new challenge to moral education in colleges and universities.In accordance with formalism problem of attaching great importance to teaching and looking down on moral education currently in colleges and universities education, the paper puts forward that the key point to improve moral quality of talents in economic specialty in the new era lies in making clear-cut value orientation for professional talents cultivation and establishing overall,multi-level and internalized new system of moral education.
