摘要
心理素质教育过程是促进学生心理素质发展的过程,是学生自我建构和社会建构的过程。心理素质教育过程由判断鉴别、策略训练和反思体验三个基本环节构成。心理素质教育活动形式有机地整合于心理素质教育过程中,是提高心理素质教育实效性的基础。
The process of mental quality education is the one that can promote students' mental quality development, is the one that students make their self-construction and social construction. The process of mental quality education consists of three basic steps: judging and distinguishing; strategies training; counter-thinking and grasp. Mental quality education activity forms are integrated in the process of mental quality education, and it is the basis of proving the validity of mental quality education.
