以信息化带动工业化是新型工业化的基本要求和主要内容。重庆不但信息化水平较低,而且其信息化带动工业化的效能未得到充分发挥。要高度重视企业信息化建设,积极用信息技术改造传统农业,不同企业、行业在以信息化带动工业化的具体做法上也应有所差异。
Information activating industrialization is the fundamental requriement and main content of brand-new industrialization,not only the level of Chongqing's information is not high,but the role of information activating industrialization has not been brought into full play.Therefore,the department concerned should attach great importance to information construction,transform traditional agriculture through information technology.Different enterprises and industries should use different methods in promoting industrialization through information.
