肌钙蛋白T对不稳定心绞痛危险分层的预测价值

The Significance of Cardiac Troponin T in Risk Stratification of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的 :探讨心脏肌钙蛋白T(CTnT)对不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)患者危险分层的预测价值。方法 :对 32例UAP患者 ,2 4例非Q波心梗 (NQMI)患者及 10例健康对照者 (HC)进行血清CTnT测定 ,并观察住院期间心脏事件的发生率。结果 :UAP患者CTnT阳性组中 ,住院期间有 5例发生心脏事件 ,CTnT阴性组中 ,仅 1例发生心脏事件 ,阳性组住院期间心脏事件比阴性组高 (38.5 % :5 .3% ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,阳性组心脏事件与NQMI组相近 (38.5 % :4 1.7% ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清CTnT对UAP患者危险分层具有较好的预测价值。

Objective:To evaluate the significance of serum troponin T(CTn-T)in risk stratification of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods:Serum CTn-T levels were measured in 32 UAP patients,24 non-Q-wave AMI patients and 10 healthy subjects. Cardiac events were observed within 1 month of hospitalization.Results:In the UAP group 5 cases had cardiac events with positive for CTn-T,while 1 case did in negetive for CTn-T,the rate of cardiac events in patients with positive for CTn-T was much higher than that in those with negative for CTn-T ( 38.5% vs 5.3% P<0.5). There was no difference in outcomes between the positive group for CTn-T in UAP patients and non-Q-wave AMI patients( 38.5% vs 41.7% P>0.05).Conclusion:Detection of serum CTn-T shows a clinical value in risk stratification of patients with UAP.
