摘要
人们实施任何合法行为和违法行为 ,几乎都能找到经济学意义上的理由。因此 ,用经济学中的经济效益理论分析这些行为 ,可以对这些行为有更深刻、更全面的认识 ,以便于立法者和执法者参考。
In the course of carrying out any legal behaviours and illegal behaviour,anyone hardly finds reasons from the meaning of economics,analyzing those behaviours with the aid of theory of economic benefits in economics is of advantage to privide reference for legislative persons and persons enfored the law.
