摘要
管理中人的行为假设及其正统管理学解释是对人的本性的毋庸置疑的概括,具有普遍适用性,但当我们把这一假设与不同的文化联系起来时,具有不同文化背景的人对同一管理问题可能做出的不同抉择说明了文化对人们的行为方式和行为目标具有非常重要的影响。中国文化显然不同于西方文化,这种区别甚至是根本性的。因此,我们完全有理由认为,人们在管理行为方式和管理行为目标上将表现出特殊性。
Human behavior hypothesis in management and its orthodox management explanation is, undoubtedly, a generalization of human nature and is universally applicable. However, when this hypothesis is related to different cultures, the phenomenon that people with different cultural background make different choices about the same management problem illustrates that culture greatly influences people's behavior. The author maintains that Chinese and western cultures are fundamentally different, and accordingly, the two peoples manifest special nature in management behavior pattern and objectives.
