摘要
在硫酸介质中,磷锑钼蓝与孔雀绿形成可溶性缔合物,λmax=610nm,ε=1.47×10_3,0~8μgP/25ml符合比尔定律。该法满意地用于金属和矿石中痕量磷的测定。
Spectrophotometric determination of trace phosphorus as malachite green-phosphoantim-
omolybdate blue in 0.1 mol/L H2SO4 solution to form dissoluble association complex is described. Its maximum absorption at 610 nm, molar absorptivity e is 1.47×105,Beer's law is obeyed for 0 to 8ug P in 25ml. The present method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of P in copper and ores.
