Strategies of Wartime Nursing in Subtropical Zones

目的 探索亚热带地区战时护理技术现状 ,研究战时护理技术规范和流程 ,提高战伤救治水平。方法 对 2 894例战伤病历调查 ,检索国内外有关文献。结果 2 894例伤员以多部位伤及四肢伤居多 ;重伤员占一半以上 ;战时护理技术应用广泛 ;经科技情报查新 ,国内外文献未见“亚热带地区战时护理技术规范”报道。结论 确立发展对策及攻关点 ,研制战时护理技术规范、工作流程 ,加强护理技术质量监控和训练 。

Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of wartime nursing in subtropical zones and set up technical guidelines for wartime nursing so as to raise the level of war wound rescue.Methods 2 894 cases of war wounds and the literature were retrospectively reviewed.Results Of the 2 894 cases of war wounded reviewed,most were wound in the abdomen and the four extremities, of which more than 50% were heavily wounded.Literature searching did not find reports about technical guidelines for war wound rescue in subtropical areas.Conclusion It is necessary to set up development strategies,tackle key problems,study technical guideline and work flow of wartime nursing,and strengthen quality control and training of nursing technology so as to prepare well for nursing service in a future war.
