摘要
本文研究了在氨性介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化曙红Y褪色,使荧光减弱的指示反应。建立了催化荧光法测定痕量铜的新方法。铜量在0~0.3μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系,检出限可达0.2ng/g,应用于铝合金、自来水和人发中铜的测定,结果满意。
A new catalytic fluorimetric method has been established for determination of trace copper. In the presence of copper(II) Eosin Y can be oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in NH3-NH4Cl medium with the results of decoloration and a descent of fluorescence. The range of determination is 0-0.3ng Cu/ 25ml.The detection limit is 0.2ng/g. The method has been successfully used for the determination of copper in aluminium alloy, tap water and human hair.
