Along with the economic globalization and the development of knowledge based economy in the whole world, and along with the reforming and opening, higher educational internationalization steps faster and develops to deeper level. This has made serious challenge for the higher education of our country. The beneficial experiences of foreign higher educational development are introduced to our country. The exchange in higher education becomes a part of daily life; the cooperation in teaching and scientific research also gets deeper step by step. It can be said that internationalization has been not only the slogan of Chinese educational development, but has also become a concrete practice. Therefore, we must change idea, accelerate higher educational internationalization, and construct a positive environment to attract higher level talents in the whole world.
