机器振动对厂房结构影响的检测及分析 被引量:7

摘要 应用振动测试方法 ,对机器振动对厂房结构的影响进行检测及分析。检测结果分析表明 ,在机器振动产生的动荷载作用下 ,厂房结构振动响应不满足工程结构安全要求。分析了其原因并提出应采取的有效措施 ,为对厂房结构进行安全评价提供了可靠的科学依据。 The present paper aims to introduce its author's testing and investigation of the impact of machine vibration on the building structure. The testing and analysis has been done with the help of a multi-channel powerful computer that can process abundant sampling data and signals. As can be imagined, forceful deliberate vibration and high frequency spectrum features are given and observed when the building is impacted under the dynamic load. With the impulse method, the vibration of the building structure can be measured in a certain frequency. The monitoring result analysis shows that the velocity response of building structure to the deliberate vibration becomes larger and then may exceed the tolerance degree of the original design, which may reveal the failure of the engineering design in terms of vibration-resistant strength. Thus, the experiment and investigation of the author proves a fact that, though it has become a general tendency to install machines are in a multistoried building to save space, it should never be neglected that machines mounted on such upper floors may cause vibrations and even dangers for the production safety. The main reason to cause such vibrations is that coupling rigidity between the machine and the frame will be lower under the violent vibration. Comparing the native frequency of the building structure with that of compelling vibration, it can be found that the resonance effect will not result in when the building structure is acted under the excessive dynamic load, which should be prevented and avoided when the building structure is designed.
