摘要
潜在通路分析技术作为一门新兴学科越来越被研究界所重视。综述了该技术的意义、历史和国际、国内的研究现状 ,并简述了其应用情况 ,展望了其发展前景 ,以期进一步引起技术界和决策层的注意。
The present paper has first of all introduced economic significance and technical characteristics of the SCA (Sneak Circuit Analysis Technology). It lays its stress on the introduction to the technology's evolutional course and its present status both in the domestic and international corporations, including Boeing Company, European Space Agency, U.S.A. SoHaR Co. The paper's inspection also includes some domestic research institutions, such as No.12 research institute of the space department, No.301 research institute of the space department, Chengdu Electron Technology University, No.611 research institute as well as the Second Artillery Engineering College. When it comes to their research present status, the paper chiefly introduces the computer aided sneak circuit analysis technology based on a qualitative simulation and functional reasoning developed by the Second Artillery Engineering College. Last of all, this paper has given a comment on the application and the development foreground of the SCA technology. As we know, the technology develops in many different ways, such as the development of the computer aided automatization, the emergence of new analytical methods, the expansion of the application field, the amalgamation with other correlative reliability technologies, the enhance of engineering practicability, and so on. As a newly developed research field, it has received more and more attention from the different researchers. Seeing that the technology has extreme affectivity in discovering the potential troubles of the circuit in advance, it has found wider and wider application in t designing and reliability analysis of many key systems, including the complicated electron-electricity system, the dynamic transfer system, the software system, the chemical industry, the command and control system of the port and the nuclear device control system. Specially speaking, SCA is expected to find most important application in the research of aviation systems. Many developed countries begin to pay greater and greater attention to it.
