摘要
农民收入增长缓慢是农村经济发展中最突出的问题。引发农民增收缓慢的原因是多方面的,不合理的体制是妨碍农民增收的重要原因。因此,要发展农业生产,增加农民收入,根本途径是对传统农业体制进行改革和创新。
The slow increase of peasants' income is an outstanding problem of the rural economic development. There are several reasons causing the slow increase of peasants' income. The irrational system is an important reason. The author believes it is essential to reform the traditional agricultural system to boom agriculture and promote farmers' income.
