中医验方结合戊酸雌二醇治疗月经中期出血的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding by traditional prescription and estradiol valerate

目的 探讨中医验方结合口服戊酸雌二醇对月经中期出血、消除腹痛的疗效。方法 运用中医验方结合口服戊酸雌二醇和单用戊酸雌二醇 ,分析两组与未用药时的发病期及发病间期。结果 中西结合治疗组发病期缩短、发病间期延长 ,P <0 0 5 ;中西结合治疗组的显著有效率高于西药治疗组 ,P <0 0 5。结论 中医验方与口服戊酸雌二醇配合使用疗效显著 。

Objective To research a kind of therapeutic scheme,which can control uterus bleeding and remove abdomen pain during the inter menstrual period.Methods 42 patients were treated randomly with traditional prescription combined by estradiol valerate(combined group) or singe estradiol valerate(estradiol valerate group).Results The onset time was shorter and onset interval period was longer in combined group compared with estradiol valerate group(P<0.05).The prominent effective rate was also higher in combined group in comparison with estradiol valerate group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional prescription combined by estradiol valerate has good efficacy in treating intermenstrual bleeding and abdomen pain during the inter menstrual period,which can be used a routine therapeutic scheme for intermenstrual bleeding.
