酸性红B荧光淬灭法测定痕量钯的研究

摘要 本文报道了酸性红B与Pd的荧光反应和分析应用。研究了Pd—酸性红B配合体系的光谱特征,形成的pH最佳条件,配合物的组成比、工作曲线以及共存离子的影响。并且初步探讨了荧光反应的淬灭机理,应用于矿样中痕量钯的测定,结果满意。 In this paper the flurometric reaction of erio rubine B with palladium, the formative condition and composition of the complex were investigated. The optimum condition of the reaction was obtained and initially the mechanism of the reaction was searched. The maximum excitation and emission are at 322nm and 420nm. The calibration curve is linear over the range of Pd ( Ⅱ ) Concentration 0 -5.0ug/10ml. This method is one of the high selectivity for determinating Pd ( Ⅱ ) at present. This method is applied to determine palladium ( Ⅱ ) in samples with satisfactory results.
