摘要
基于在活化剂柠檬酸存在下,V(V)对KClO_8氧化罗丹明B这一缓慢褪色反应的催化作用,拟定了一个可测范围和检测限分别为0.15~20ng/ml和0.05ng/ml钒的催化光度测定法,并用于试样分析。
A high sensitive catalytic spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of trace amounts of vanadium, based on the V ( V )-catalysed slow colorless reaction of KClO3 with rhodamine B in presence of citric acid by heating in boilling water bath. The determination range and detection limit are 0-20ng/ml and 0.05 ng/ml, respectively. The method has been applied for the determination of trace amount vanadium in ore and waste water samples with satisfactory results.
