性病恐怖与性病过治现象分析

近年来性病的发病较前增多,临床上各种性病治疗方法发展迅速。在取得巨大成绩时,也存在着一些失误,其一是广泛存在的过度治疗,乱用或滥用药普遍存在,用药过多,疗程过长,出现了性病过治现象;其二是对性病的治疗忽视了心理治疗及社会教育、预防宣传,导致当前对性病患者的治疗存在很大的盲目性,有些患者出现了性病恐怖;其三是目前性病诊疗市场存在着机构复杂、管理混乱、无证开业、滥收费等问题,严重危害了患者的身心健康,也扰乱了医药市场。

In recent years, sexually transmitted disease (STD) increased at greater rate than before, and the clinical methods for treating STD developed rapidly. Along with great success, there are some faults. Firstly, excessive treatment is commonplace , including indiscriminated use and abuse of drugs , too many drugs and too long therapeutic course . Secondly , in treatment of STD, psychotherapy, social education and publicity of prevention are neglected resulting in substantial blindness in treatment of STD and emergence of STD phobia in some patients . Thirdly , there exist several problems , such as complicated organization, disorderly management, opening practice without licence, and charging excessively; these abuses seriously impair patients ' psychosomatic health , and disrupt medical and drug markets.
