摘要
本文研究了甲基红在HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中的极谱特性。基于Mn(Ⅱ)对KIO_4氧化甲基红这一反应的催化作用及氨三乙酸对Mn(Ⅱ)的活化作用,以示波极谱作跟踪技术,采用起始速率法研究了该反应,拟定了一个可测范围为0.5~25ngMn/m1的催化反应—示波极谱新方法,并探讨了催化反应机理。
Methyl red oscillopolarographic character in HAc-NaAc buffer solution ( pH4.0) was investigated. A sensitive and selective catalytic reaction-oscillopolarographic method for the determination of trace amounts of manganese has been developed, based on the Mn(I) catalysed a slow redox reaction between methyl red and potassium periodate, and nitrilotriacetic acid highly accelerated the catalytic reaction.
