新建本科院校学科建设若干问题的思考

Reflection on Discipline Construction in Newly-built Uninversities and Colleges of Undergraduate Course

一所学校的学科建设大体上涉及学校的办学定位、学科方向与专业建设、学科梯队建设、学科发展的环境等。新建本科院校作为高等教育阵营里的新生力量 ,它们在学科建设上经常性地表现出三个方面的问题 ,即模糊不清的办学定位钳制学科发展的方向定位 ;贪大求全的学科建设制约了学校的持续发展 ;“兼收并蓄”人才引进延缓了学科梯队建设步伐。这些问题应该引起新建本科院校的充分重视 。

On the whole,the discipline construction in a college deals with position for ru nning a school,disciping direction,specialty and echelon's construction,discipli ne developing environment,and so on and so forth.As the new force in the higher education camp,Newly-built universities and colleges of undergraduate course alw ays demonstrate three problems on discipline construction:namely a vague positio n for running a school makes a restriction on direction of discipline developmen t orientation;discipline going after the grandiose restricts the sustainable dev elopment of the school;the introduction of talents of diverse nature delays eche lon's construction pace of discipline.These problems should be attached great im portance to and be solved.
