本文构建了技术创新动力机制的综合模型,探讨了环境保护对技术创新的影响,然后得出了相关结论。
This paper constructs a comprehensive model of power mechanism of technical innovation and discusses the influence of environmental regulation on technical innovation. Then it draws the main conclusion.
