建立法治社会,实现依法治国的伟大目标,离不开司法机关的独立执法。如何实现司法独立已成为社会关注的一大热点问题。本文从影响司法独立的外部关系、内部关系以及法官的身份、经济地位、素质等方面入手。着重分析了各种关系的内在联系及现行司法体制的弊端,同时也结合我国的司法体制现状提出了笔者个人建议,以期引起大家的思考。

It is very important to let the judicial officers work independently, in order to build a society, which is ruled by law, and to achieve the great goal of governing our country by law. How to realize the judicial independence has already become one of the hot spots in our society. This paper discussed the outer and inner relationships that influence the judicial independence and the facts as the lawyer's status, economic positions and their qualities putting emphasis on analyzing the intrinsic links of these relations and the malpractice of our country's current judicature system in our country. The writer gives some personal advice to plunge us to ponder over.
