随着计算机网络的发展,教育也已有了更为广阔的天地,打破砖墙办教育已势在必然。在这种新型教育的模式下,教育对教师提出了新的要求,要求教师必须具备一定的信息素质。本文通过对现代远程教育概念及其特点的阐释,从中引出对教师信息素质的要求,并提出一些培养教师信息素质、提高教师信息素养的途径。

With the development of the inter-nets, it is inevitable to break out the enclosing in education .In the new model,teachers are facing with different challenge .So, he must possess some qualities in information. The paper interprets the concept and characteristic of modern distance education. It also puts forward requests of information qualities, some ways of training and improving information literacy for teachers.
