摘要 阐述了食品安全领域技术性贸易措施的现状和发展趋势 ,强调了风险分析技术是WTO框架下食品安全领域技术性贸易措施的核心 ,明确了在我国开展风险分析技术的必要性 ,以及在新形式下在我国开展风险分析的几点思考。
