摘要
建立了高压自能式SF6断路器电弧的磁流体动力学(MHD)数学模型,此模型创新地考虑了传导散热对喷口材料烧蚀,进而对电弧及气流场产生影响,即同时计入了电弧能量以辐射和传导方式烧蚀喷口材料,并考虑了喷口材料烧蚀所产生的蒸气带来的影响。通过对比考虑传导散热与不考虑传导散热两种情况下的开断过程中气流场的分布及变化,深入研究了灭弧室内电弧能量的传递方式。根据文中的计算条件和结果,得出考虑传导散热时,电弧最高温度为不考虑传导散热时的90%。最后,从电弧能量利用角度出发,就灭弧室结构参数对开断性能的影响进行了研究。
A new magnetic hydro-dynamics (MHD) model of arc in H.V. auto-expansion SF6 circuit breaker with considering thermal conduction is set up originally. In addition, the effect of PTFE vapor produced when the nozzle is burned by arc, is considered in the constructed model. Then, the gas flow fields with and without considering conduction are simulated. By comparing the aforementioned two results, the modes of arc heat transfer are deeply analyzed. According to the calculated results in this paper, it is indicated that the maxima] temperature with conduction is 90 percent of that without conduction . At last, based on the use of arc energy, the effect of the parameters of arc chamber on breaking characteristics is studied.
