摘要 实验研究了用液相沉积法在高岭土颗粒表面包覆二氧化钛膜的工艺。实验结果表明,表面改性温度和时间、基体悬浮液浓度、搅拌速度和煅烧温度是影响包覆效果的关键因素。对最终产品进行了遮盖力测试,测试结果表明,当在高岭土表面包覆一定厚度的二氧化钛膜时,可以大幅度地提高高岭土的遮盖力,从而可将其用作钛白粉的替代品。 The laboratorial study on the technology of forming TiO2 film on the surface of kaolin particle by liquid deposition process was carried out. The laboratorial results have shown that the key factors influencing the TiO2 film forming effect are the temperature and time surface modification reaction, the density of matrix suspension, the stirring velocity and the calcinations temperature. The measurement of the covering property on the final product was carried out. The measured results have shown that the covering property of kaolin can be greatly improved as kaolin particle is coated with certain thickness of titanium dioxide film, therefore, the film kaolin could be used as the succedaneum of titanium white.
