摘要 为了解决随机早期检测(randomearlydetection,RED)主动队列管理机制的参数依赖性问题,通过引进自适应的思想提出了一种改进方法.其主要思想就是根据平均队列长度的变化速率自适应地调整参数maxp.大量的仿真试验表明,该方法能够明显提高RED在动态网络环境下的强壮性.此外,它在吞吐率和丢包率方面都比现有的方法具有更好的表现. To alleviate the parameter dependence problem of random early detection (RED) active queue management mechanism, an improved method was proposed through adopting the adaptive thought. The main idea was to adaptively adjust the parameter maxp according to the change rate of the average queue length. Extensive simulations show that the proposed method can improve considerably the robust property of RED in dynamic network environments; and that it outperforms the existing methods on the aspects of throughput and packet loss rate.
