摘要
对发酵豆乳中乳酸菌的菌数、菌形变化等作了初步研究 。
The pilot study was done on bacilli shape and amount of Lactobacillus in fermented soy milk and described the growth of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermalphillus in this article.
