摘要
为开发低特羊毛纱线,在分析羊毛纱线拉伸抽细机理的基础上,确立了采用化学预处理、机械拉伸和热化定形的羊毛纱线加工新工艺;并用正交实验方法,以毛纱收缩率为评价指标,优化预处理液中亚硫酸氢钠浓度、表面活性剂浓度、处理温度和处理时间,最后得出最优化预处理工艺参数为:焦亚硫酸钠浓度4g/L、皂粉浓度0.1g/L、处理温度40℃和处理时间20min.这种工艺可使用普通的羊毛原料,突破昂贵引进设备的限制,获得优良的低特和更新颖的羊毛纱线.
In order to get low-tex wool yarn,a new process of chemical pretreatment,mechanical stretching and heat setting is presented on the basis of analysing the feasibility of thin-stretching of wool yarn.The orthogonal testing results for optimizing conditions of the pre-treatment for wool yarn are reported by shrinkage evaluating index.The conclusions are: sodium pyrosulfite concentration 4 g/L, powdered soap concentration 0.1 g/L, treatment temperature 40 ℃, treating time 20 min. The new process can use common wool materials, breakthrough the limit of expensive equipment to get finer or novelty wool yarns.
