摘要
针对服装制造行业中服装样片的录入问题,提出了一种实现从图像格式到图形格式转化的方法.该方法首先对摄像机所要拍摄的录入平面进行标定,从而保证样片录入后的精度;然后,利用摄像机拍摄样片图像;最后,利用图像处理和机器视觉算法可实现图像到图形的矢量化,形成的图形文件可根据不同服装CAD软件的要求而存储成相应的文件格式.文中主要针对上述过程中的最后一步即矢量化算法进行了详细描述,该矢量化算法能够自动将包含直线和曲线的样片图像矢量化为图形.
A new method for clothing sample input in dress manufacturing which can convert image format to graphics format is presented. Firstly, the measure plane must be calibrated so that precision of logging data is credible in this method; Secondly, the sample image is captured by camera; Finally, the image will be converted to graphics by means of image processing and machine vision algorilhm, and the special graphics file will be created according to the different CAD software. The last step of file method, namely vectoring algorithm,is described, which can convert the cloth sample image that consists of lines and curves to graphics automatically.
