提出了一种解决配料系统遗传误差的简捷算法,即根据被测物体的重量决定微机控制电压的大小;根据微机控制电压的大小改变调功器电路输出电压的频率;根据调功器电路输出电压的频率改变电振器回路的控制电流,进而改变电振料斗的振荡幅度,并根据定时、定量实现自动配料.

A simple algorithm to solve the genetic error in burden system is introduced, in which the voltage is controlled by the thing to be weighted. The output voltage frequency of power regulator will change with the controlling voltage. The current through controlling circuit will change with the frequency of output voltage of regulator. The automatic burden will be finished while the time and weigh are set up.
