阴道加德纳菌的分离与快速细菌性阴道病的检测方法比较

Comparison of Culture Isolation Method of Gardnerella Vaginalis and Fast-Testing Assays of Bacterial Vaginosis

目的比较阴道加德纳菌的分离与快速细菌性阴道病的检测方法。方法应用改良血琼脂培养基,对326例非特异性阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物进行阴道加德纳菌分离培养,同时与快速细菌性阴道病的检测新方法BV-fast及BV-blue进行比较。结果 分离培养方法检出该菌75株,检出率为23.00％;BV-fast方法的检出率为25.46％(83/326);BV-blue方法的检出率为23.92％(78/326);BV-fast方法检测率略高,将BV-fast与BV-blue和分离培养方法比较,结果差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论临床上分离培养、BV-fast、BV-blue均可诊断细菌性阴道病,但BV-fast更简便。

Objective To compare the culture isolation of Gardnerella vaginalis with fast-testing assays of bacterial vaginosis. Methods Vagina secretions of 326 patients with general vaginitis were cultured on improved blood agar culture media, and meanwhile compared with fast-testing assays of bacterial vaginosis BV-fast and BV-blue. Results 75 strains of gardnerella vaginalis were checked out in culture with a positive rate of 23.00% (75/326). The positive rate of BV-fast was 25.46% (83/326), while the positive rate of BV-blue was 23.92% (78/326). The positive rate of BV-fast was a little big higher. But in comparison of BV-fast,BV-blue and culture, the results showed no significant differwence, P >0.05. Conclusion Culture,BV-fast and BV-blue can be used to diagnose BV in clinic but BV-fast assay is more convenient.
