摘要 目的了解细菌性阴道病患者阴道加德纳菌的感染及药敏,以指导临床用药。方法临床诊断为细菌性阴道病患者,用无菌棉拭子采集阴道分泌物,用加德纳菌选择培养基对该菌行分离鉴定及药敏试验。结果 实验组256例与对照组86例中检出加德纳菌株数分别为46株(17.97%)、3株(3.49%);46例阳性菌株对林可霉素类、头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类、甲硝唑、痢特灵的敏感性分别为87.0%、82.6%、80.4%、54.3%、52.2%。结论加德纳菌在女性细菌性阴道病的发病中有重要作用;该菌对林可霉素类、头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类较敏感;临床治疗考虑选以上敏感药物为好。 Objective To explore the incedence of infection and antibiotic sensitivity of Gardnerella vaginalis(GV) in patients with bacterial vaginosis and to improve its clinical treatment. Methods The vaginal discharges of the bacterial vaginosis patients were collected by the sterile swab and were isolated on Gardnerella selected midia and sensitivity test was also carried out. Results 46 (17. 99 % ) strains of GV in 256 patients and 3(3.49%) strains in 86 normal controls were detected respectively. The antibiotic sensitivity of the 46 strains of GV were described in table. Conclusion GV played an important role in BV. and antibiotics of Lincomycins,Cephlosporins and Aminoglycosides are more sensitive and should be the choice in the treatment of GV infection.
