悬浮液进样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定硬脂酸钙中钙及硬脂酸锌中锌

摘要 建立了悬浮液进样 -火焰原子吸收光谱法快速测定硬脂酸钙中钙及硬脂酸锌中锌的分析方法。将样品过筛 ,制备成OP -琼脂悬浮液 ,以La3+ 作为钙的释放剂 ,以盐酸溶液作为锌的释放剂 ,用工作曲线法测定。对悬浮剂的选择、介质的影响、硬脂酸根基体的影响、背景吸收干扰及线性范围进行了考察。测定结果与推荐值吻合 ,相对标准偏差 <1 6% ,加标回收率 97 5 %~ 10 3 0 %。 An analytical method for rapid determination of calcium in calcium stearate and zinc in zinc stearate by suspension sampling-flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. The samples were sifted and made into OP-agar suspension. La^(3+) and hydrochloric acid were used as the releasing agent for calcium and zinc,respectively. Calcium and zinc were quantified by working curve method.Choice of suspending agent,effect of medium,effect of stearic radical,background absorption interference and linear range were studied.The relative standard deviations were less than 1.6%.The recoveries obtained were in the range of 97.5%-103.0%.
