摘要
为了了解查干银矿床氧化带中银的赋存状态 ,进行了样品全分析、物相分析、X射线衍射分析、重要矿物的镜下特征研究、微区分析研究等 ,得出结论是查干银矿床氧化带中银主要以硫化银及卤化银等独立矿物赋存于褐铁矿中 ,颗粒微细。根据银的这些赋存特点 ,进行了化学浸出方法的实验研究 ,确定了适合于该矿石银浸出的最佳氰化条件及指标。对氰化钠用量、入浸细度、浸出时间、CaO用量、通氧量、浸出矿浆浓度等工艺参数进行了优化。
In order to learn the occurrence of silver in oxidized zone in Chagan silver deposit, a series of experiments were carried out. Full analysis, diffraction phase analysis, analysis by X ray, the search of main mineral through magnifying glass and microzone analysis were applied. By the experiments, it was learned that most of the silver in oxidized zone in Chagan silver deposit host in limonite, and the mineral of silver were argentite and iodobromite. The size of the mineral is fine. According to the occurrence of silver in oxidized zone, some experiments were carried out to determine the optimal parameters such as the rate of sodium cyanide, the leaching granularity, the leaching time, the rate of CaO and the concentration of ore pulp so as to leach silver from ores.
