摘要
面对我国社会经济发展的重大战略需求,农产品加工业受到了前所未有的关注,迎来了重大发展机遇。阐述农产品加工业的战略定位、重要意义、市场潜力以及加入WTO带来的发展机遇,并提出了农产品加工业的科技发展对策。
Confronted with the economy and society significant strategic demands of our nation, the processing of agroproducts received more concerning and important development opportunity than ever.The strategic location, significance, market potentiality and opportunity from entering WTO of agroproducts processing were discussed,development strategies of science and technology on the processing of agroproducts were presented.
