摘要
对比法和项目成功度评价法是项目后评价的常用方法,对这两种方法进行了分析和改进,使之更具实用性。
Comparison and succeed degree evaluation are the common methods of project post evaluation.This article makes the two methods more practical by analyzing and improving them.
